I was actually watching this card waiting to try to snipe it at the last second, but I got a phone call and got distracted. Granted, with shipping costs, you're looking at $6.81, but that's less then some people are charging for a pack of Moments & Milestones.

Yikes. There are 14 more of those out there somewhere too. If you don't have three grand lying around, Hillary is also on eBay right now with a high bid of 56 bucks. There's five days left though and she's going to be getting a ton of press coverage this week. Can Hillary's 'graph break 4 figures? Can she beat Obama? According to the checklist there are cut autos from Hillary, Obama, Edwards, McCain and Thompson. I think Huckabee has a sig or a relic in Donruss Americana too. Anyone seen a Big Mac auto out there? AND WHERE THE HECK IS RON PAUL'S AUTOGRAPH?!?! There's a buncha lotta communists up there in Duryea, apparently.

Who says Michael Vick cards are worthless? Some screwball fed some Vick cards to her dog and put them up on Ebay with the promise that the proceeds would go to the Humane Society of the winner's choice. Since no good deed can go unpunished, eBay promptly yanked the auction because it was not tied to one of their approved charities (and because they didn't get their cut). Undaunted and with a fresh wave of publicity the seller relisted the cards and ended up with a whopping $7400 winning bid. Of course, now there are a truckload of copycat Vick auctions up for bid for anyone who likes a bit of dog slobber with their trading cards. Now, the seller claims that this auction was meant to help dogs, but I looked through those cards and there's a bunch of Chrome, Elite and SPX cards in there. That poor pooch will be crapping foil for months.
