RIP Larry Fritsch

Via Beckett Behind the Scenes, uber-collector and long time card dealer Larry Fritsch passed away last weekend. Larry's collection is legendary, and most card collectors my age were influenced by him at some point through his ubiquitous ads, reprint and oddball sets or by simply purchasing some cards from him. Being based in Wisconsin, Fritsch cards always had a lot of Milwaukee Braves stuff in stock and I like to window shop his catalog and website. Every once in a while I'd even break down and buy something. Here's to you Larry, who is probably showing off those rare Fred Lindstrom cards to St. Peter right now.
