I considered listing the cards for each page, but you people keep wanting to send me stuff. Please do not send anything I don't care if the package has been sitting on your desk for four years with postage already attached. No this is not reverse psychology. Just don't.

Just for the record, mine was sent before the don't send me stuff announcement! And that shit WAS sitting here for a good part of a year!
