So the Yo Mamma variation Gordon card has silver foil?

I still don't know if I can put it in my '06 binder. My brain's a stickler.

I had put my Pirate card creation in there, so I'll gladly take the Yo Momma Original Back Version. I bet Topps only made only the original back with Silver Foil on purpose to get set collectors to chase the rarer version for their set. It worked.

I have to say a LOT of ill will towards Topps melted away when I pulled that card. A great weight has been taken off my heart.

To me, it counts. I think that's the best viable alternative for the whole deal. That whole situation makes me glad I wasn't collecting in 2006.

All of the TCYMTO cards from the "foil-era" (i.e. 1995-present) are gold foil stamped -- regardless of whether the originals were that color. But the Original Backed TCYMTO's are silver stamped.

For example, Evan Longoria's 2009 Topps card (the real one) was silver foil stamped. The TCYMTO version is gold, but the OB is silver.

Vice versa for Ichiro's 2001 Topps card. The original 2001 card, and the TCYMTO are both gold-foil stamped; but the OB TCYMTO is silver.

... and another thing. There's a watermarked Topps logo over Alex Gordon's shoulder that's only on the OB TCYMTO. It's not on the '06 version, nor is it on the regular TCYMTO.

Actually, the Topps logo is also over AG's shoulder on the regular Yo Momma card.

Until I finally execute the raid on the Olbermann compound that I've been planning all these years, this will have to do.

If I get one it is going into my 06 Factory set dadgum it. I have no problem adding it because I hate seeing the empty space in a set.
