O' Canada! We stand on guard for thee...
I vote for former Oriole Hal "Skinny" Brown. I love 1953 Topps, and have to get a few for my collection some day.
Bills/Dolphins
Hal Brown. I have no idea who he is but I like how his hat is very precariously perched on his head, as if a still breeze could blow it off.
Also, I'm kind of creeped out by the little red dude with the bat. Is his chin really a...ahh..ummm.. well it looks like he's probably a big hit with the ladies, if you know what I mean.
We agree with Kevin, the 1953 Topps. Hal has the tallest head we've ev.er. seen.
Oooh, this is a tough one... For me, it's between the Ryan Howard and the 1953 Topps Hal Brown.
On one hand, you have a truly unique card of Ryan Howard. As far as I can tell from the photo, Ryan Howard was actually on base when this snapshot was taken. He isn't rounding a base or trotting to the next one, he's actually ON base. Which means this photo must be from the one or two times in the last few years that Ryan Howard didn't either strike out or hit a home run.
But on the other hand, you have Hal Brown, from one of the most beautiful card sets ever produced, 1953 Topps. In this case, Mr. Brown should have thanked his lucky stars that this was a painting and not a photo, as the artist did a wonderful job covering up his blemishes. I give the anonymous artist a lot of credit for covering up the neck bolts and scar on his forehead, and if he'd only have painted the hat a little lower, you would never have known that Frankenstein's Monster was playing baseball in the Red Sox organization in the 50's.
So with that, I go with the '53 Hal Brown, as having an original Universal Pictures monster playing in the same stadium as the Green Monster is just too coincidental.
Allen & Ginter's cards is my choice, A little extra knowledge about the rest of the world is not a bad idea, besides I love the format of that card....!!!
I'm gonna go with the '91 Bowman football playoff thingy. I don't know why, but I'm feeling football lately.
Hal Brown! How can I vote against 1953 Topps? Plus, I still don't have that one for my set, so I would definitely like to read about him.
53 Topps for sure! I'm a sucker for the old stuff!

because it appears to be taken at a game I actually attended on 4/29/2007:
The photo is likely from the 07 season as Howard appears to be wearing a "VUK" patch honoring the Late John Vukovich. Inspecting the scoreboard we find a Braves at Colorado game, a series that only happend once in 07. That same wkend Milwaukee was at Houston. The Pitching numbers on Howard's left correspond to games that would take place later that day Derek Lowe (23) for LA v David Wells (33) for SD and Matt Morris (22) for the Giants v the Big Unit (51) D-Backs.
Finally Jamie Moyer pitched an absolute gem that day. He took a no-hitter two outs into the 7th inning and had pitched to the minimum to that point. Here is the baseball-refernce link:

My vote is for Chipper!!!
First choice is Hal Brown followed by Chipper.
Stephen Harper! He just called an election!
Ryan Howard.
Screw Canada!
HAL BROWN!!!!!
