Pick 'em Contest
Here are the contestants and their picks:
Good luck, everybody...
Saturday Night Update: Alex has set the bar at 6. Shoot me an e-mail, Alex, and tell me your mailing address and favorite football team so I can get the package ready. Everyone else needs to sweep their picks and hope for the tiebreaker. Navy wiped out a lot of you. Who would have thought Duke could win a game? I have major respect for the All-NFL pickers. there were a lot of cupcakes on the schedule this week in college ball, and you went for the much, much tougher choices. I hate the NFL this year so you won't get any breaks from me, but major respect to you all.

Normally, I'd just laugh off that USC comment, but you don't fully realize the extent to which Steve Spurrier has burrowed deeply into Georgia fans' psyche. The man is a menace to humanity. Sorry about Temple though, gotta root for the alma mater of The Cos.

Duke has now won as many games this year as they had in the last 3 years combined, and more than in their first two seasons where the year began with "2" (21st century didn't begin until 2001). I'm sure they'll come back to earth, but if Missouri can come back to have a good team, we can dream about a Blue Devil team in the BCS for at least another 6 days.....
